Farley is great and extremely knowledgeable. It's the first CPR training I've had where I felt I really learned something. Our entire group feels the same way.
Cameron was thorough and answered any questions we had. I would recommend him to anyone who is in the need for any first aid, adult, child or infant CPR classes.
The CPR Training class that she taught myself and other employees was great. She kept it serious and made sure we understood all of the material. She made it fun to learn all about basic first aid and CPR. Or workplace will be using her again in the future for our certifications.
Dee was awesome. She can train at her office in downtown Seattle, which is very convenient. Her training style is also much more laid back and friendly than CPR/First Aid classes I've taken in the past, which I really enjoyed. You also can't beat the value. All around, I'd really recommend her.
Best CPR training I've had!
Marlo was a pleasure as our first aid/cpr/aed instructor. She was very knoweldgable and made the learning fun with her sense of humor and upbeat attitude. I would definitely reccomend her to anyone looking for some training for themselves, or their employees!

After taking more than twenty CPR classes while working at Group Health, Harborview and Fircrest I can say that Bob Colley taught one of the best. He was able to help several nervous people in the class to relax and focus by using clear, simple language and demonstration leavened with humor. Some in the class were going through CPR for the first time and spoke English as a second language. By the end everyone felt confident and was able to demonstrate proper technique.
Our organization has been using Kris exclusively as our on sight First Aid/CPR trainer for the past 3 years. We could not be more pleased with her professionalism, quick response and willingness to work on any day of the week including evening hours. We are so blessed to have her as a part of our Team.
I was in a group where we received CPR / First Aid training from Chelsea. She did a wonderful job handling the hardest group to teach—a group of teachers! She was able to focus on what needed to be updated, while reviewing what was previously learned. She brought laughter and light- heartedness to a lesson that had very serious tones. I personally had to put my first-aid training to the test with a child that was injured. Thank God for the training I received--not only did the child recover from a severe wound, but the paramedics approached our principal raving about our skills.

Think Safe is unique from other training centers in that we know and understand all certifying major training organizations. Think Safe owns the First Voice product line and is a manufacturer and developer of software and hardware that brings technology to the world of emergency response. Products developed and sold by First Voice are intended to be used by the average lay rescuer, who is infrequently trained and may need coaching real-time during any emergency or want easier access to refresher training in order to be more prepared for emergencies. Thus, our technical experts at Think Safe include Certified Instructors, and healthcare professionals that have over 150 years experience in pre-hospital emergency care and know the protocols and curriculum and teaching methods and mechanisms of all the major certifying agencies. At the end of all of our certified training sessions, students receive a 1 year to 3 year certification. Also, all students must perform a training drill at the end of class that is pertinent to their workplace protocols to include scene safety, the assessment of any victim(s), initiating the emergency action plan, calling 911 and other emergency notification numbers, starting compressions, getting others to help and switching compressor roles, performing breaths when using proper rescue breathing barriers, clearing the scene, proper record keeping procedures and intake forms, EMS flaggers, first aid treatment procedures, and more . Our training center and trainers utilize the best technology and tools available when performing CPR training courses. Tools utilized include American Heart Association (AHA) compliant cognitive feedback devices such as Prestan CPR feedback manikins or The Loop CPR gaming platform. Students receive access to online manuals and refresher training anytime including course handouts and skills review handouts. Our training center portal for students that have taken our courses also includes training drills and training scenarios for ongoing responder team use during future practice sessions.
