All cases are specifically diferents. All homes has different need. I am honest and explain home owners about expenses. All ways they are happym
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We interact by text, then a phone call, I am a good listener, I put atention what my customer need, than I proceed to evaluate the issue and invite my customer to stop by and find a solution, explaining them source of the issue, troubleshooting the afected area, showing them and proceed to make a plan incluiding materials and labor accordingly that applies.
