Introduction: At the heart of every business is an idea with enough excitement to drive it around obstacles, over timelines and through the contortions of pie charts and contracts. Too often, that excitement, curiosity, wonder, passion is hidden beneath business casual clothing and buttoned-down expressions. Since turning to photography full time, I have photographed events around Seattle for startups, museums and non-profits, always working to capture those moments of intensity.
