I was referred to Mark by a friend regarding my interest in piano lessons for my daughter. She had no prior experience but with Mark's patience and knowledge, my daughter picked it right up and more importantly has stayed interested developing a passion for the instrument and music in general. Mark has made the lessons fun and he's been very flexible with our schedule. I can happily refer him to anyone interested in lessons themselves.

Mark did a great job teaching my kids piano. He was very hands-on, sitting with them on the piano bench and playing along with them. It was helpful for me to have him at our home because I was able to know what they needed to work on for the week. I also appreciated recitals, giving the kids a chance to play in front of an audience

Mark is a fantastic piano teacher. Our son took lessons from Mark from fifth grade through ninth grade and looked forward to lessons each week. Mark helped him progress and kept him interested by helping him find music that he would enjoy playing. Mark was also very accommodating during the baseball season when my son had an unpredictable schedule. We highly recommend Mark.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payment for lessons is due the first of each month. You pay only for the lessons you schedule. I do not offer refunds for cancelled lessons, but am happy to offer a makeup lesson within the same week, if our schedules permit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Music (Piano Performance) from Principia College in Illinois. I have years of experience teaching, accompanying, performing, composing and arranging.
