Accounting for my Real Estate Business - Allie at First Stop Solutions has been amazing. She has great communication and really listened to my needs. The accounting was taylored exactly to what I wanted. She is fast, sends me lots of reminders, as I am the one that usually forgets to send her stuff. He will work to your tax return to save you from being penalized and won't even let you pay huge amount for overpayment issues. He go to your house and walk with you till the end to process it in a matter of time. So I highly recommend him and he won't charge you that much very reasonable.

Mason was great to work with. After meeting with us and discussing our tax situation, he gave us an estimate and did not exceed that price, even when our taxes ended up being more challenging than originally anticipated. I am certified in QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I do federal tax returns for businesses and individuals -- 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 941, 940, 1099 and W-2. I also do Washington State taxes, such as employment and excise, sales and use tax. Running a small business means you have a daunting number of rules and deadlines to follow for compliance. With my past experience as controller in the private industry, in addition to experience in public accounting, I understand the demands, both financial and nonfinancial, that you face. I specialize in easing you through the maze with as much or as little help as you want at affordable rates. It's so much easier (and cheaper) to get everything set up correctly from the start. To encourage beginning businesses to start off right, I will resume my $75 QuickBooks setup special (up to two hours) until tax season begins in mid-January.

They run a very reliable service. I had received a notice from the IRS that I owed them taxes for the last three years totaling more than $45,600. The notice also said that I had 30 days to clear the taxes or the IRS would take collection action against me. I was quite alarmed as I didn’t have that much money to spare on such short term notice. I contacted several companies to see if anyone could help me. I didn’t get a call back from any other firms except Legacy Tax & Resolution Services. A lady from the firm, whose name I have forgotten, called back the very next day and talked to me in a very reassuring manner. She set up a meeting with one of their consultants who provided complete guidance on the tax filing process and offered to represent me with the IRS. Legacy Tax Resolution Service negotiated a deal with the IRS and they agreed to break down the payment over a period of three years. They also reduced the total payment to $12,340 saving me more than $30,000. Great service.

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Best call you'll ever make if you need CPA help. Charlene is our angel. She is a veteran CPA who speaks fluent IRS-ese and is wicked smart. She’s helped us navigate the tax black hole for 6+ years (both personal and S Corp business). Without her, we’d be lost. Sometimes my husband and I will think back to the years before we found Charlene and laugh. The other CPA’s in the PNW just don’t hold a candle. We recently bought a 3rd house in Arizona and it would not have been possible without Charlene. Lenders want more information nowadays and she went above and beyond the call of duty. Charlene is brilliant, quick-to-reply, ethical, efficient, helpful and has a great sense of humor (which can be tough to find with analytical types). 5 stars isn’t enough. I would give her my kidney.
