I highly recommend Eric Locke & TransparentZ he has done exceptional work at my home with skylights, chandeliers and three stories of windows. I live in a third story condo in Bellevue. Although it was challenging because of the height, Eric did a great job cleaning all the windows, with no rush, spending as much time as needed to leave them simply perfect. I liked that he was at home at the expected time with no "window time" to show up so I could plan my day ahead. He was clean and I felt safe and comfortable at all times; he focus on his job and don´t distract you (something I appreciate as I work at home). When he was done, we did a detailed tour to double check missing spots and he gladly redid what it was missed. I have no doubt I will call him again for the next service.

Eric has done our windows for about 5 years. We ask him to do the inside and outside along with our glass shower. Everything sparkles when he is finished. He is very professional and cleans everything up. We highly recommend him!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, there is a community of Window Cleaners here and online that talk shop about their experience, techniques etc. This has been very helpful. In going full time in 2015 I look forward to attending more events sponsored for Window Cleaners in the area as well.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a window cleaner come to our residence where they cleaned some high/tall windows situated above our curtains and I happened to noticed (some time later) that there was a nasty dirty water spot, (the solution is pretty dirty when being brought of the glass) that I wasn't able to see when the curtains were open. I was pretty irritated because of the monies and time I had spent to have them altered and put in place. I knew I could do better for myself and my neighbors and so...I am. ;-)
