I've had a few personal trainers in my day. Ben is the only one I've kept for more than six months. We meet weekly and he is consistently creative in our workouts so that I stay interested and strengthening all areas of the body.
I've never had a trainer before and didn't really know what to expect. All of the trainers are very personable. Even when I work out with my trainer, the other trainers give you a positive shout when you're doing well or need a posititive push on harder days. The workouts make me comfortable with all aspects of the gym and I always feel well informed about each exercise. If your trainer isn't available, there are plenty of opportunities to jump into another trainer's workout. I still haven't found a love for working out but the trainers at Serious about Fitness make it fun.
I am a member of a national health club chain and initially talked to the in-house trainers. I was so turned off by the hard sell and puppy-mill approach that I decided to find a personal trainer that I could respect and trust. I have been working with Jeremy 2x a week for approx. 2 months. I started with a goal of getting “bathing suit-ready” for a trip of a lifetime. Beyond achieving my initial goal, I have become stronger, more flexible and I am seeing better-than-expected results. The journey to better health / fitness and our working relationship will continue long after my vacation is over. I am very happy with my choice in trainers [and his choice to take me on as a client]. I have been going to Super Fit for 9 years and find it's a great place to keep your body and mind feeling healthy and strong. At 57 I can still ski, mountain bike and hike with my adult kids, I know its because of Super Fit especially the squats and lunges.The small group environment with the personal trainers keeps you on your toes and makes it more affordable.

Coach Williams has been a heaven sent, I have been dealing with injuries caused by my Army service for well over 10yr now I have tried a large variety of wellness and fitness plans as well as physical therapy to no avail. The pain stiffness soreness never seemed to diminish. One day I was looking on Thumbtack just really browsing and seen advertisement for a personal trainer, I figured what do I have to lose. Myself and my wife met with Coach William Z I really didn't know what to expect but he was extremely personable and I felt very comfortable with him. He has been working with me now for three months and I have never felt better he takes your strengths and makes them stronger he takes your weakness and helps you overcome. Thank you coach for allowing me to remember what it feels like to be pain-free. Extremely highly recommended.
Holly is an upbeat and supportive motivator she has set me up with workout goals, offers nutritional tips, and even shares recipes and workouts to do on my own! Since I've started working with Holly, I've lost inches off my waist and hips and am able to fit into the clothes I have always wanted to wear it feels great!! Holly offers much more than a typical personal trainer would. She has not only helped me achieve my weight goals, but she has taught me the benefits of living a healthy, active lifestyle AND how to maintain it for my future self. Kanen is professional and supports your fitness goals by providing training required for indivudual body needs. He took two sessions to understand my flexibility and requiements. Overall positive experience and going forward with Kanen as my personal fitness trainer.
Anthony whose the Body Transformation owner really pushes me to work different areas of my body in training. I do a variety of different exercises that doesn't feel like a hamster on a wheel like at the gym. I enjoy the variety and different levels of moves and exercises. He's also very thorough on making sure sure I got the correct form performed correctly so that I don't get injured. He sure knows what he's doing as far as training goes. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer as he gives me "tough love" when it comes to fitness. I appreciate it when I look in the mirror and notice my slimmer figure over time. And he's a real cool guy on top of it all!
I ended up meeting Mi as my personal trainer and I was exremely happy with the way he understood my goal and constantly working with me to help my goals. I have a lower back problem and cervical spine issues. So I was not so flexible in lifting weights and working out. Mi helped me in identifying my weak spots and teaching me different ways to build strength in those areas. I was able to do more and different workout than I used to do before. He is really a cool guy to work with and is serious about his clients. I strongly recommend him.
Melissa is the best. I have had trainers in the past, but she by far is the best one. I love her so much. She understood exactly what I wanted and has definitely helped me get there. I seriously recommend her to everyone ❤️
Jessica is a very knowledgeable and thorough trainer and instructor. Knows the structure and function of the body well and how to maximize results. Attention to detail and well versed to help all levels of clients and can assist with any restrictions and/or limitations.
All the trainers take my personal history into account and remember from visit to visit. They really seem to know what my body with all its varying maladies can and can not do. When I was having back pain, they took the time to help figure out what caused it and how to improve it. Very knowledgable I drive 45-60 minutes to train there. I really like the personal attention
Curt and Jared...What more can I say. I've been at this studio for a year and a half. The best alternative to going to regular gym. The workouts do not seem intense at first but they truly are. The main emphasis is on Core/Abdominal and Resistance training. Both trainers have their unique ways of getting the best out of you. Curt teaches his methods of exercise in a more laid back and relaxed approach, while Jared is more technical on form and function. Overall, I would recommend any one to join this studio to get the results you really want!
I've been working with Nick for some time now. He's a great personal trainer who is personable, helpful, and above all, knowledgable. I mean, this guy knows his stuff! He has helped me realize how my diet and work-out habits affect my overall health. I've noticed a change in my body over the 12 weeks I trained with Nick (less fat...15 lb loss actually, more definition + more muscle...10 lb gain), but I've also noticed a change in how I view the food I eat and the way in which I work-out. I have Nick to thank for that. I also want to add that I had never had a personal trainer before - and I was quite nervous about getting one (the judgment, the guilt, blah, blah, ya know), but Nick has made me feel great; he is extremely supportive and understands my concerns without dismissing them. It was a true gift to find him! I'm glad that I found him! He's been able to help an average, timid guy like me gain some self-confidence while looking and feeling amazing!

I have been with Jamie for 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. She is truly a genuine person as well as a dedicated trainer. She takes initiative to get to know you and your goals so that she can create the best individual plan. As someone who isn't confident finding her way around a gym, I loved her home workouts as well as gym workouts and outdoor workouts. I have never done the same workout twice which is perfect for me since I get bored easily. Sheryl is by far the best personal trainer to work with if you want to achiever your health and fitness goals! I had a very intense, physical training coming up for work and Sheryl undoubtedly got me where I needed to be to prepare for this long term exercise. I had knee problems at the time and she expertly tailored our work outs to strengthen my knee without causing further damage. I know I would not have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I needed to be at without Sheryl's personal attention in our training sessions. She's the best!
