FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do an assessment of your cleaning needs over the phone then deciding a good time to take a closer look or start the work. Once a quote is given, it will not go up no matter how much longer it takes than expected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hazardous materials training. This includes biological spills, chemical spills, suicide cleanup, and excrement removal.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Online coupons usually are not money-savers when looking for cleaning services. The fine print will usually indicate a higher than expected price or indicate a service that is undesirable and will cost extra to get what you were expecting. Also, stay away from craigslist. People will lie about their name, company name and address, there's no way of knowing who is really showing up. Letting someone into your life should never be done without researching a company or independent contractors public profile.
