Introduction: Hello, my name is Tobie Robinson, chef and owner of Parsnips Catering. I started this company last year with a different concept, after working for many caterers and restaurants. I have a certain standards when it comes to the food I serve.
I am a farm-fresh catering company focused around local growers and producers. I pride myself in cooking from scratch and knowing where your food is coming from. A lot of companies claim they cook from scratch but really it's all out of a box, base or processed. I pride myself on the fact that I make all my menu items from real ingredients, if I can't make it from scratch, I source it from someone who does. I know how difficult and time consuming planning can be. Because of that arduous process, I make it my goal to work with clients to make menu planning as easy as possible within the budget they provide.
I have been cooking professionally for 11 years and I'm very passionate and focused on what I do. I want to work with the clients' needs and make sure their food is high quality and their guest leave with an unforgettable experience. I offer plated service, buffet style, family style or multiple course meals. I offer menus for all types of events and sizes.
I am not licensed to sell alcohol and I'm more focused about just making great food. I can offer full rentals. I work with Pedersen's Rentals. I do not double book myself for events, so when clients book with Parsnips LLC, they get the dedication and attention of myself and my team; we believe in quality verses quantity.
I have a lot of experience in the catering industry and I truly enjoy the process of working with clients to help them create the event they envision. It is very rewarding to be a part of such a special day.
