Cecily is amazing! She was able to come look at our vacant house right away and stage it as soon as we had the house cleaned. Her prices are very competitive (we got quite a lot of estimates) and the overall outcome was above and beyond what we imagined. To say we are very pleased with the results is an understatement. She staged each and every room with so much attention to detail. We are putting our house on the market tomorrow and I truly think she made it look the best it could possibly look. Note; I was holding a baby while taking these photos.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several different packages to fit your different level of budget. Each price estimate is custom to the size, the selling price range of the home and the type of furniture inventory requested. Consultation starts at $350.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our staff will first schedule a phone call to set date and to discuss project details and to ask any questions; then our stager will go in person for a walk-thru of the home, takes some photo and measurements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I double majored in Marketing and Architecture in college. Then later studied Residential Design post college. I am also an experienced full service real estate specialist in Seattle.
