Hien's yoga classes are amazing. They are usually a slower pace and very healing. She pays a lot of attention to everyone's specific needs. Her class that I took was wonderful for mind and body restoration and rejuvenation.

Aside from just an overall amazing yoga instructor who brings her expertise, compassion, humor to each class....she has been invaluable for me as I recover from running injuries/woes. Thanks to Jenny, I am able to run again. More, I have a new love of yoga and what it can do for my body and spirit. If you are in Seattle, find a class with Jenny!!

I love Chris' yoga class. She provides enough consistency to improve poses, but enough weekly variation to learn new poses and keep it challenging. Her class is the first class after years of doing yoga where I was finally able to do crow pose. I highly recommend Yoga by Chris!

I sought a yoga instructor with patience and humility. Lalainya is definitely patient, understanding, positive, & non judgmental. There are other instructors who expect you to be at a certain level of understanding already. As a new student, I find that she is not only understanding but also open to ideas. She welcomes questions as an opportunity to enlighten and share relevant thoughts about the integration of yoga in your overall daily life. If there is any position not held correctly, she will let you know right away. If you seek a knowledgeable, but humble instructor, you will not be disappointed when working with Ms. Rawlings. She listens to your needs, respects/acknowledges your limitations all while encouraging your exploration of self awareness and unlimited potential. This is only my experience and I'm pleased with the results. You will be, too.

Cecelia is a true yoga practitioner. Her focus is on knowing her student's challenges and helping them get stronger and more aligned and to perform exercises and poses in the most correct way possible. She works deeply into your body. There is no fluff. This is Ivengar Yoga. It may not look like any other class you have ever taken but I completely recommend you give Cecilia a try. She has helped me through rehab of a broken knee. She knows my strengths and weaknesses. She is devoted to her students. I have followed her to multiple locations because I recognize that I will never find anyone quite like her. Her class sizes are small so attention to detail is possible.

Josh is a generous yoga instructor who completely understands his students needs and comfort levels. He welcomes you with a warm smile, delivers gentle guidance when you’re not hitting your mark and has an eclectic but fitting mix for music. The yoga was relaxing, but I was definitely sore the next day. He knows when a student is struggling or reaching the correct level and easily accommodates. Highly recommended.

I decided to ask Pam for private yoga lessons after suffering lower back pain and shoulder tightness which was presumably caused by my 40 hr/week desk job. I am a novice yogi, and Pam took the time to listen to my goals and concerns about my body. Pam communicated in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident that I would achieve these goals for myself, and she made me excited to start practicing more advanced yoga techniques. They have been excellent sessions and I highly recommend!!!

I would recommend Heather to anyone. She really took the time to understand what we wanted and needed from a yoga instructor and has the patience of Job. Her instruction style is confident and she really helps people beginning to understand and do yoga in a way that is good for them. I will recommend her out every chance I get.

I teach yin, vinyasa, power and modified primary ashtanga styles of yoga as well as breathing exercises. About

Pedal, stretch, and breathe. I am a yoga instructor who focuses on yoga for cyclists. In my class, I am to hold space for students to explore the sensations present in their body with curiosity. I encourage mindful spontaneity with a pinch of playfulness. I believe that yoga and bicycling greatly inform each other on both physical and mental level. Both are great tools for connecting people to their bodies and the present. I want to take my yoga out of the studio and put it on the bike path. It is my hope to bring yoga to more bike rides and riders, showing them how to stretch without a mat and even using your bicycle as a prop.

Personalized, fun, and done with sprinkles of humor! What fun is life if we're always taking ourselves too seriously? All jokes aside though, proper alignment, muscle engagement and breathing are of paramount importance in this yoga practice. I have a strong interest in working with athletes and those who experience limited mobility.
