I hired Vita's services for deep cleaning my house that hadnt been properly cleaned for over two years. Vita arrived on time on the same day I contacted her. She got her own materials and equipment and worked nonstop for the next 6 hours - cleaning, srubbing and dusting every square inch of space and corner in my apartment. Kitchen, Bathrooms, windows, cabinets, tables, chairs, carpets - nothing escaped hMy roommate and I realized that this lady is an unstoppable force! Far exceeded our expectations, went the extra mile with her work, was extremely friendly with a smile and an unbeatable price. I cannot recommend enough!!!

We asked for a move out cleaning service, and received less of a result than what was quoted or what we paid for. I communicated clearly with the team on site as well as with Vita and my expectations were not met. I was very clear with my concerns during the service and my concerns were not acknowledged or addressed appropriately. I provided photos as well as inspection feedback to the on-site team as well as with Vita and my feedback was brushed off. There were several places in the home that were not cleaned because the on-site team did not have the appropriate cleaning solutions or equipment. The on-site team some areas needed cleaning and I ended up having to clean it myself in front of the team. I identified areas in and around the sinks that needed attention, and the team did not take care of those areas. my biggest problem with this service was identifying issues to Vita and not having my concerns appropriately addressed or resolved.

My house was VERY dusty, messy and needed a major clean. In short, it was a bit of a disaster. Vita and Daniela arrived and I instantly felt comfortable with them--so much so, that I left after about an hour.
When I returned the house was IMMACULATE! Completely transformed. I plan on getting regular cleanings from Vita and her team. I highly recommend her! Great person, very trustworthy and does a phenomenal job. Thanks Vita!
