- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I take on a new client, I first send them a customized proposal agreement form detailing the services that will be provided in the campaign and my expectations from them. Once payment has been established, (usually through a monthly PayPal recurring payment,) we begin the onboarding process. I do a deep dive on the client and their industry, learning everything I can in order to develop their unique brand voice and social media strategy. Onboarding also includes a detailed interview with the client, in addition to my independent research.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My background in writing, customer service and public relations led me to social media management. I put my skills and experience form those fields to good use in the social media campaigns I manage on behalf of my clients.
