learn player piano information r do not work on player pianosOct 29, 2018VerifiedSaint S.'s reply
your request was to tune your 95 year old player piano? I tuned your piano that has not been tuned in over 20 years. All pianos tune the same way. Whether I can service the player is mute. Your player works well in any case. I’m sorry my service was not to your liking.
Saint was very friendly and professional, he was knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Very satisfied with the quality of work, we will be using him growing forward and have already recommended him to some family.Jul 1, 2018VerifiedSaint S.'s reply
Thank you!!!!! It will only get better!
He answered my call for piano tuning immediately, got here on time, patiently worked on my 69 year old spinet that hadn’t been tuned for at least 50 years. Great personality and great piano player. My piano is now my treasured relaxant. It sounds beautiful and I love the results of tuning. I can not recommend Saint highly enough!! Thank you! ShirleyApr 29, 2018VerifiedSaint S.'s reply
Thank you!!!!! I trust your daugther will be pleased.
From beginning to end, Saint was very professional and thorough. Considering the age of the piano and lack of tuning and repair for over 50 years, he was able to make it sound wonderful.Dec 21, 2016VerifiedSaint S.'s reply
The piano looks great by the tree. Yes it was a fun challenge and I'm happy to have been able to bring her up to playable condition in time for the Holidays.
Saint is very professional and did a super job of tuning my piano. Afterwards, he entertained us with his beautiful playing.Dec 4, 2016VerifiedSaint S.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Not complicated at all. Plus my base price includes tax already added. I Love Pianos but I dislike Math so I like to keep it simple. Cost is the same for an upright a spinet or a grand and I do not charge for mileage.ALL tunings are $100 The first time through Thumbtack. most repairs are normally free of charge as long as I am tuning the piano anyway and no parts are needed. If you tune your Piano within 6 months the next tuning is also $90 as you get a 6 month discount. Normally a tuning is $120. But I also provide discounts. AND HERE"S THE FINE PRINT!!! Once you are my client and on my client list. IF YOU TUNE YOUR PIANO AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR YOUR PRICE WILL NEVER GO UP!!! YOUR RATE WILL ALWAYS BE WHATEVER MY CURRENT RATE WAS WHEN WE FIRST MET. I APPRECIATE LOYALTY AND THAT IS MY THANK YOU TO YOU. I also offer discounts for referrals and loyalty cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Get to know them and what kind of Music they like to play.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am and have been a member of the Piano Technicians Guild since 1999. Aside from forums on the website as well as monthly technical meetings. I attend yearly conferences and Regional seminars to stay on top of my field and learn from the worlds best tuners. A good day is one where you wake up. A GREAT day is one where you learn something new.
