"Anthony whose the Body Transformation owner really pushes me to work different areas of my body in training. I do a variety of different exercises that doesn't feel like a hamster on a wheel like at the gym. I enjoy the variety and different levels of moves and exercises. He's also very thorough on making sure sure I got the correct form performed correctly so that I don't get injured. He sure knows what he's doing as far as training goes. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer as he gives me "tough love" when it comes to fitness. I appreciate it when I look in the mirror and notice my slimmer figure over time. And he's a real cool guy on top of it all!"

"What a personal trainer with pre-med training, continuing education from a world class Olympic athlete training facility, plus a friendly smile of encouragement? Call Nick. I'm glad I did. Nick gets results through smarts."

"Chris listened to my health/flexibility issues (i.e., stiffness in hips from golfing) and instructed me on several different exercises using various equipment to strengthen my gluts/legs/core for better mobility/flexibility. Great to work with a professional trainer who can adapt exercises to a baby boomer who has limited physical strength/endurance. The PGP Fitness Center is a very clean workout facility which has plenty of exercise equipment for someone who now has the time to focus on regaining/rebuilding endurance, strength, and conditioning. Loved the one-on-one trainer/student workout! Thanks! Karen Y."

"Maryliah is both motivating and extremely knowledgeable. She provided training that was tailored to my needs and abilities. I felt challenged but not overwhelmed. As an experienced weight lifter she definitely walks the walk and doesn’t offer advice that she wouldn’t take herself. Thanks for the great workout and continued motivation!"

"Alex is the first fitness trainer that I've ever worked with. I wanted to work with a trainer to help my body to heal after an injury. He is knowledgeable, attentive and certified to work with people with injuries due to his bachelor degree in Exercise Physiology and advanced certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. He knows your limitations and doesn’t push you out of your comfort/ability zone to the point that you would injure yourself. It really helps me to have someone to give me direction, check on my form, but also challenge me to do more than I would do on my own. He guides me through what I should be doing with detailed instruction. He is also flexible in scheduling on those occasions I need to make a change due to health issues. I have had an excellent training experience with Alex. I recommend him highly to everyone who might be considering personal training. He is also reasonably priced compared to large fitness."

"Curt and Jared...What more can I say. I've been at this studio for a year and a half. The best alternative to going to regular gym. The workouts do not seem intense at first but they truly are. The main emphasis is on Core/Abdominal and Resistance training. Both trainers have their unique ways of getting the best out of you. Curt teaches his methods of exercise in a more laid back and relaxed approach, while Jared is more technical on form and function. Overall, I would recommend any one to join this studio to get the results you really want! "

"I was treated with respect and yet his desire is for you to reach your goal. Steve also was encouraging and guided. He was avaliable by phone or email. He throughly got my information that pertaining to health and excersize. He followed up with me at least 1 or 2 times by email or phone. I would recommend Steve for training and health habits or concerns. He has a kind and caring character. Diane Simons"

"Hannah is a highly competent trainer. She has excellent knowledge of human anatomy and kinesiology and applies that to training her clients. An added bonus is that Hannah also trains, so she knows the challenges and rewards of what she asks her client to do. She will take you from where you are, beginner to advanced or in-between, and adapt your training routine to suit your limitations, abilities and goals. Because Hannah is a stickler for proper technique, I never have been injured while training with her. I have trained with Hannah for one year and intend to continue. She is the best!"

"I started with John about 4 months ago, I have not regretted a moment of it. The thing I love the most is that he is punctual and attentive to what the task at hand is. I have worked with many trainers and by far I he is one of the best I have had the pleasure to work with. If you are looking for someone to help you get back into the swing of things or help you shed those extra pounds...John is your guy."
