My condo had some cracking at the interior corners of drywall that required repairing and painting. This ended up being a two-day process. My walls look great -- fast, efficient. Thank you!

Axel is a good young contractor that owned up to his reputation. On a personal level he was courteous and kind. Like all contractors, he gets busy and getting to the job on time is challenging, but he came through in the end. Thanks Axel!

Had the bathroom subfloor replaced due to water damage. Dave was on time and got the job done quickly so my flooring contractor could finish their job. He was always on time. Pro.com followed up with communication about the job, had an invoice for me. Nice.

The owner did a great job installing our wood floors and our back splash! He was very professional and even willing to go the extra mile on some detailed work. It's so hard to find a quality contractor who values the customer's satisfaction like Igor. I highly recommend!!

The best. The Best. The Very Best. My experience with most contractors has not been favorable. James always arrives on-time and hits the ground running. There is no dilly dallying. The quality of the work is excellent. He's always pleasant, professional, and calm even when I spilled paint on the new kitchen tile floor and its grout. Very reasonably priced. Should I ask for work to be done that is not actually necessary he will advise. Additionally, he'll present an alternative approach when appropriate,which is always profoundly cheaper and better. Collaborative. He's knocked off at least 20 items on my To Do list of big and small jobs from painting, carpentry, cabinetry, light plumbing, light fixtures, and handyman. Excellent workmanship. Now we're working on kitchen cabinets to be followed with wood floor installation. I am so fortunate that he was referred to me and I just cannot say enough good things of him. Lastly, he is in the Reserve, which for me carries weight.

Robert & Julie, I can’t express my gratitude enough to both of you for the excellent work you did for my mother! I was lucky to have found you through Thumbtack. You responded to my request within a couple hours and met me and my mother the very next day. You walked in to an awful situation…a total mess, due to a bad, inexcusable, sloppy delivery job from Sears. Their laziness caused severe water damage from the new refrigerator my mother purchased, as they did not put on the new water hose (which my mother paid for) and left the old one on, which split open and caused a leak. My mother (who is 71 years old) and I were getting nowhere with Sears. They didn’t want to take responsibility. We didn’t know how to proceed. You went way above and beyond your job as a contractor. You told us about the laws in Washington State and that Sears and their delivery contractors are 100% liable. You said you would make all the calls and that she wouldn’t have to pay a dime. You called all the right people (which took hours and hours of your time) and got the ball rolling! You were able to get her home owner’s insurance to step in right away and pay for the damages upfront so you could begin working right away, so that my mom could use her kitchen, hallway, and bedroom again. You were able to get her home owner’s insurance to go after Sears/delivery Contractor Company! You also did many, many other things for us. You noticed little things here and there that needed to be fixed in her house and didn’t charge her for fixing them. Nobody else would do this. One of the many things you did that goes way above and beyond is that you saw what a hassle it was for mom to get in and out of her house, due to the doors and screen doors having 3 separate keys!!! Julie—thank you for going and making her one key that fits all of the doors!! You also dealt with Home Depot for us, for damaged doors they put in and the damage they caused installing them. You again made all the calls (which took hours of phone time again) and were able to get the store manager and supervisor out to mom’s house. You got her half her money back and got the OK to fix it properly and repair the damage! You certainly didn’t have to do this. But I know you did it because you heard what a nightmare it had caused my mother and that they were not being fair to her. Thank you for the fantastic work you did fixing my mother’s house, Robert! Thank you, Julie, for all of your help, sitting with my mom and being her friend, and helping out Robert every step of the way. You both are very compassionate, honest, hard-working, and all-around awesome! You took the stress off my mom by taking care of everything. EVERYTHING!! Larry added some gutter downspouts to a multi-level roof that had upper level gutters emptying out onto the next level roof surface. This arrangement was causing leaks during heavy rains. Larry added downspouts from the upper level gutters to empty into the next level gutters. Roof leak issues solved and the work looks great. Larry also replaced 2 man-doors in my garage that posed a security risk because they had doggy doors in them; one leading into the house and one leading into the yard. Excellent work on all projects. Larry informed me when he ran into unexpected issues and gave me options on how he planned to work around the issues and he did not charge extra for any of the unforeseen work. I even changed the original plan midway through the gutter job and he had no problems accommodating. He did quality work. The gutters function way better and look great. The new doors are set better and balanced better than the old doors. Great Work!!! I will be using LG Home Improvement and Maintenance again for future projects for sure!

As quoted, on time, neat and clean! They repaired the chimney & replaced the cap, installed stucco over the cement block/brick to seal the chimney from further deterioration. I would recommend them again. Reasonably priced and quality work.

I hired R&R hardscapes to build a complex deck with a roof and finished underneath of the deck equipped with lighting and electrical outlets. When I approached Ricardo, owner of R&R and let him know what my idea was he gave me great advise on what materials to use to fit into my budget. One of my biggest challenges in living in the northwest with a deck was having to replace deck boards all the time, even when treated. Ricardo told me about brazillian hard woods and the benefits of this product. Mind you that I was trying to find the right contractor foe this deck for 2 years and out of the 10 contractors I spoke with not a single one told me about brazillian iron woods, probably because of how expensive the product was and how much time it takes to install. These hardwoods last 75+ years. Ricardo was able to come up with a plan for my dream to have this extension added to my house and fit it into my budget. Most contractors didn't want to touch the project because of how complex it was. Ricardo has a real sense for what I wanted to create for my family so that I can enjoy it in all seasons. His first thing was safety. I didn't want a bunch of cross boards hindering my view both on the top of the deck and under the deck. He poored nearly 2000 pounds of concrete under each support pole and doubled the size of the footings to make it super stable, enough to put 2 elephants on my 350 square foot deck. Let me tell you that my deck is the talk of the neighborhood. Everyone wants to come over and hang out. Another thing a really appreciate about Ricardo is he always picks up the phone to talk to you when you have questions and I had a lot of questions. He did such a great job on my deck that I contracted him to do my pavers under the deck and souronding areas and my fence. Check out the pictures.
