Introduction: Extremely creative barbecue and grilling dishes, also quite adept at unique desserts as Rick was a finalist in the 2014 World Food Championship Dessert competition, placing fifth with his BluBarb Tart, BBQ Bananas Foster Baked Alaska and Citrus Blossom Tarts. Love to create great meals that receive rave reviews and make people happy as well as filling their tummies.

Rick Browne's expertise in all facets of cooking are outstanding, but are particularly impressive in all things related to BBQ. By that, I mean grilling, smoking, and the preparation of foods being considered. He blends experience developed over years to create classics, from Baked Alaska for intimate dinner parties of 25 guests, to smoking a suckling pig on an indirect smoker to serve 200 people. Well versed in kitchen technique, he is an astute chef that has a very rare recognition degree of a Doctorate in BBQ from some prestigious societies in the trade. RIck is an engaging conversationalist at every event I have been a part of with him, espousing his knowledge of food and wine pairings to the guests enjoyment.

Rick Browne knows his BBQ and his mastery of the grill has produced some of the best food I have ever tasted. Over the years I have been lucky enough to attend a couple of Rick Browne catered events. Grill-roast prime rib, tangy BBQ sauce, stuffed peppers with BACON!, and an amazing white chocolate orange souffle...just a sample of the goodness that has been prepared by Chef Rick.
