We had the opportunity to use Rees Chimney Services for chimney cleaning, inspection, and repairs. Jonathan was very thorough in cleaning our two chimneys. He clearly communicated the results of his inspections. Jonathan was very careful not to dirty the carpet or area surrounding the fireplaces. As expected, our chimneys were in need of repairs. Jonathan provided quotes in a timely manner. He assisted us in choosing the most economical - yet safe - approaches to repairing the chimneys. We would highly recommend Rees Chimney Services!

Rees Chimney Services is top-notch! Jonathan showed up on time and was very professional about his work. He was extremely careful about keeping everything in my home clean as he cleaned my two chimneys. Jonathan took his time to do an excellent job and when I was presented with the bill I was amazed at how reasonable the cost was for his services. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, honest and fair-priced chimney service.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of my work is chimney cleanings. But quite often people need a new chimney installed. Or maybe they have had a recent chimney fire, and their chimney needs to be re-lined with stainless steel. With all the rain we have in western Washington, I sell quite a few rain caps.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure it is someone local, and someone you can trust. I can give several references from my customers to vouch for my good work. Also, if someone quotes you a price, the should honor it. Make sure they are Licensed, Bonded, and Insured. I am a registered specialty contractor in Washington state, and I carry $2,000,000.00 of General Liability insurance and $1,000,000.00 of Auto insurance.
