FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I find you the best value for your dollar, within the service parameters you are looking to experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is really important that we take the time to talk on the phone. I really need to get a feel for you (and your family) and what type of experience you are looking for this vacation. During this process, I'm able to narrow down my recommendations to the best fit for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is critical in the travel industry. I spend approximately 5 hours per week in training sessions of some kind. These sessions may be destination related or specific tour or hotel or cruiseline related. It is really key to my success in helping you plan your destination if I have recent training. Things change all the time in the travel industry and keeping current is so important! That's why you have me isn't it? I also attend training sessions onsite several times a year and try to vary where I go so I am able to bring back first hand experience. I am certified in many destinations and accommodations and look forward to helping you!
