I've had the pleasure of being both a client of Edible Hue as well as dining at several events they have created dinners at.
When I was a guest Edible Hue has catered to my personal dietary restrictions with the same artistic flair and deliciousness as was served on the regular menu.
When I employed them they were responsive, cheerful and creative in organizing and executing a tasting menu that was specially paired with specific champagnes.
I look forward to my next encounter with all of Edible Hue - Andy, Myrissa and Amara - as either a client or a guest.

I've hired Edible Hue for several events, and have enjoyed each of them immensely. Chef Andy, Myrissa, and Amara provide an experience that has had my guests raving for months. They're a joy to collaborate with, and they accommodate my typical Seattle crowd (a mix of vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-sensitive, lactose intolerant) with patience and grace. I am always at ease knowing they're at the helm. At the last event, several people expressed that they were "blown away" by the food. I can't wait to have an excuse to hire them again!

Melissa presented on the Pacific NW Mushroom Festival stage for my radio program - AND SHE WAS FANTASTIC. Her stage presence was excellent, her descriptive and engaging way of showcasing the sponsor (mushrooms) was exceptionally well done and her rapport with the audience kept them involved, smiling, laughing and wanting more. I can highly recommend Melissa for her prepared professional presentation - and would ask her again without a second thought.
