Seriously had a major cat buzz needed since covid shut everything down. My poor baby was matted up so bad i could tell she was unhappy. This was the ONLY company that would return my emails. They made my boo their first priority. Showed up to my house (thats right they are mobile) got the job done fast and well. My little girl is happy again! Totally worth every cent they charge. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We currently do not offer any discounts, besides for the rescue’s and companies we work with. Pricing is charged at a base price and hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?•Tell us about your pet(s) and what you would like done, as well as their history (medical, behavior, past experiences). •We will quote you a rate and time frame for the service, and schedule a date and time (we will need your pets name and breed(s), your address, email, and mobile number, and wether you have parking, or the level of difficulty of parking; we park only on flat surfaces.) •On the date we will text you when we arrive, and have you introduce and bring out your pet to our van, and go over what you would like. We do not come to the door, especially due to current life situations surrounding the pandemic. Please note we will only stay for a maximum of 15 minutes if we do not hear back from you. Clients that do not show up on time will not be rebooked. A no-show fee will be required. *Payment is due after the appointment. We accept payment through the app Venmo, or in cash. A late payment fee of $25.00 per day may be added on for invoices not paid immediately. *Note: There is a window of 30-60 minutes before/after your estimated time of arrival due to being mobile (example: weather conditions, road conditions, finishing previous appointments early/late, stopping for gas ect.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of us are first aid & CPR certified. We attend yearly educational seminars and classes to keep up on modern techniques!
