Heidi worked with our firm for an extended period and did a great job handling a wide variety of tasks in the role of office manager. My position as office manager for this firm included bookkeeping for a firm of five architects and two designers. In that capacity I did accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger accounting, and quarterly tax returns. I also did marketing, reception, and purchasing. One of the initiatives I worked on included purchasing and implementing new accounting software.
