Introduction: I do tax, business and estate planning for US or foreign persons and businesses. I am certified by the State Bar of California as a tax specialist for over 30 years.
I have an LL.M. (tax) degree and years of providing continuing education seminars to lawyers and accountants. I also have been a full-time professor of law in Graduate Tax Programs. I have established companies for US persons and foreigners in multiple states and transferred property/assets to those structures for tax planning and creditor protection.
Much can be done by phone and Internet to reduce travel for meetings.
