Hi this is Julian Hernández,well IVB CONSTRUCTION remodel my entire house :flooring, bathroom,countertops,painting,kitchen,windows,roofing. exterior remodel: replace siding,painting,design my deck, design my garden with planters,water ponds and falls so he help me to make my house a wonderful home, i think 5 stars it's not enough for qualified his work.

I had water damage from a toilet flood issue from the upstairs bathrm while I was gone all day at work. I had extensive water damage upstairs and downstairs and hired IVB Constructions to finish all the repairs in my floors & ceiling. The job was done on 6/17/15. On 8/16/15, I noticed the ceiling paint bubbling where my upstairs toilet was located and I sent and picture and sent it to him. After a few reminders, he finally came out to fix it on 10/7/15. He came while I was at work to fix it & basically just repainted it because in Dec 2015, as I was in the midst of selling my house and packing to move out, I noticed brown stains that appeared at the same spot where the bubbling was on the ceiling. Although my house passed inspection, I didn't want to leave this problem for the new home owners. I thought that maybe there was a plumbing problem that might have been related to the toilet flooding, so I had a plumber diagnose the problem. By the time the plumber came on 12/24/15, the ceiling was dripping water to the downstairs floor. The Plumber assessment concluded that the toilet seal from the upstairs bathroom was not properly replaced when the Israel, the contractor, fixed my floor in the upstairs bathroom. My toilet had been gushing out water with every flush since June 2015 when the job was supposedly complete. There was mold throughout my ceiling and I had Serv. Masters remediate the problem. To avoid more cost of a 2nd claim and $1,000 deductible, I called Israel to inform him of the issue and he pleaded with me to give him the opportunity to fix the issue to avoid my ins company from hiring another contractor & agreed to pay for all associated costs (Serv. Masters & plumber= $1,288.64). He has made repairs & properly sealed the toilet but is not responding to my text and phone calls to pay for damages he caused.

Thanks for you review Lea, when you call me I was in California taking my vacations with my family and told you that in 5 days was back to Seattle but you do not wait and call a plumber and it was open a hole 6 by 6 when I told you I wanted to check what was the cause of leak,so my insurance to pay the costs but yo uhh took decisions and you had already sold the house so my insurance couldn't pay the expenses they told me it was my decision if I fix the damaged,which there not was leak,when I went to check the ceiling, the ceiling was dry and there was no mold or moisture if supposedly since June was leaking but still fix the ceiling that was removed,I spend time,material and wage for my guys $1450 from my pocket so I lost more money, I am working for 14 years in remodeling and is the first time this happens

Israel is very courteous. Always on time for the project.He painted our house.He allowed me to have the brand of paint of my choice. Awesome communiation via text. He is very coopreative. He did everything that we ask him partaning to our project.He went above and beyond to help us out with other tiny project.The project took a week and two days.That is because of our schedle and he has other projects.His work is really great and neat. He followed all my instructions how I want things done.Everything went on smoothly.I will recommend him to some of my friend if they need a painter.
