Derek responded quickly to my request and sent Sean next day to assess the leaky plumbing under the kitchen faucet, it turned out to be a cracked hose connected to the dishwasher, Sean replaced the hose and clamps, he also found an ill fitting hose connected to the garbage disposal & air gap, he replaced that as a courtesy. The next day tenants found one more issue the sink hose was not extending to its usual length, he dropped by and fixed that as well! Excellent service very honest, I did everything by text.
