- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic visit costs $89. This covers the technician’s trip to your location, a full inspection of the appliance, and a written estimate for the repair. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost. The final estimate will include labor, parts, and delivery if needed. Please note that the diagnostic fee does not cover the repair itself if you choose not to proceed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us by phone or message, we schedule an appointment—usually the same day or the next. We offer a convenient 2–3 hour time window for the visit. During that time, our technician arrives to perform diagnostics or repair. Once the job (or diagnostic) is completed, payment is made the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians completed certified Appliance Repair training programs and manufacturer courses from LG, GE, Samsung, and Whirlpool. We are also EPA certified to handle refrigerants safely and follow industry standards for appliance diagnostics and repair.
