- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $70 for my time to design and draw a project. This is half of my previous rate of 8 years ago when I had to support the overhead of an office.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and talk initially for no cost. If we like each other we agree to proceed. If not we smile and shake hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a member of NCARB (national Council of Architectural Registration Boards since 1967. This membership qualifies me to become licensed in all 50 States and any providence in Canada. There was a time I was registered in 20 states. Now I only maintain my Washington State license.
