What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. Attorneys are required to take continuing education every few years. In addition, I read the bankruptcy code at least once a month.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing bankruptcy and probate at my last job. Loved it so much more than divorce law and civil litigation I never wanted to go back.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Bankruptcy is most of my work. Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. Also do a lot of probate and estate plans.
