I needed vinyl plank flooring installed in my workshop and I didn't send the project to Jim because of the name of his company. Jim contacted me immediately and let me know that they could do the job. I put the project up on July 24th, and Beto installed my floor on the 26th. Both of them were courteous and professional. Beto was very efficient and I was impressed by how he cleaned up, even carting away the cardboard boxes the flooring came in. They do all kinds of floors and I would highly recommend them. When I do the other section of my workshop, I will definitely call them.

Jim was very response. I posted on Thumbtack on Sunday night, he replied and then I called him. I explained that I had a wrinkled, lump carpet. He said that it would need to be power stretched. He agreed to come out on Monday AM for a quote. He review the whole house and found some squeaking of the floor board. He said it would be too expensive for him to fix and to wait until the carpet is change then have the installers add additional screws. Jim was able to find the cause of the wrinkles and correct the issue, he had to fasten down the tack boards with cement nails. He had to drill into the concrete, then set the nails into the tack board so it would not move. He then power stretched the carpet and took our the lumps. He has 30 years of experience and if you want the best hire Jim. He said that the carpet was very heavy 80oz and his work would easily last 20 years. So if you want it done right the first time, call Jim and you will not have anymore issues.
