- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have standard pricing, every single one of our Design Technicians has technology to give you a printed quote on the spot. He or she will inspect not only the problem, but the entire foundation to find out exactly what is going on. Then he or she will put together a quote on the laptop with our software, which has all of our pricing for every product, and print it for you. We will leave you with product brochures so you know exactly what is going to be used on your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once our office schedules a time that works for you, one of our certified design technicians will come to your property and do a thorough inspection. The design tech will put together a quote for you, and explain everything they found. A printed quote will be left with you, and if you choose to accept the offer this is the contract you'll sign. After your contract and deposit is in, our office will call to schedule your installation date. Our crews will arrive on time and begin installing the permanent solution for your home. Once the job is done and your final invoice is paid, we will send you your stabilization certificate and warranty information, along with before and after pictures.
