I interviewed and had 3 stagers bid on my project. Michelle came in with an impressive gallery online AND a competitive bid. Michelle was responsive and communicative. We emailed and messaged and I had a very short timeline. I communicated to the 3 stagers that I was hoping to make a decision ASAP and Michelle emailed me first, during a busy day with a bid for the work. Clearly, she was committed and heard my needs. The staging showcases our home nicely. We have a huge bonus room that I never knew what to do in and she came in and made it show as a multifunctional space that I could see real people using! With all of our back and forth and short timelines, there was a minor miscommunication on the scope of the work, and Michelle worked over the weekend with me to get it rapidly fixed to my liking!
Nola and her staff are wonderful! Everyone at my son's wedding raved about the food, and quite a few comented on the dedication of her staff! The bartender was so attentive. He took such care of each & every person; he even helped my in-laws up the stairs! Brooke, one of the servers, was also especially good. She worked so hard to make sure everyone was happy! She was running up & down the stairs and back & forth from one side of the house to the other! And, she went out of her way to help my son clean off his car when he thought a decoration would harm the paint! All in all, the whole wedding was a wonderful day, a good part in thanks to Nola and her staff.
We worked with Shelby for almost a whole year to plan our wedding. We were out of state for most of the time, but she was great with using Skype and keeping a timeline of tasks. We would have regular meetings to go over ideas or plans, but she was always available and answered in a timely manner if we had a question outside of our meetings. The most important aspect is that she really listened to what we wanted and the day turned out better than I could have imagined! Shelby made the whole process stress free and we didn't have to worry about anything the day of. I would highly recommend her for any party/wedding planning or decorating/designing needs.
Jane was great, fun and easy to work with, she was prompt, thorough but most importantly, she understood my style and what I wanted resulting in 3 very different bathrooms that reflect my style but were put together in a creative and unique way. She was excellent and pulling tiling, paint, and fixtures all together. In addition, she designed a bathroom vanity that I could give to my contractor which saved both time and money. I will definitely give Jane a call next time I need any design and decorating advice.
My home needed re-organizing and decorating. I called LuLu at Styled Staging and she worked with my complicated schedule. She rearranged pictures, moved furniture, helped me pick some new furnishings and made suggestions for declutterring. I enjoyed her perky personality while she worked with my family and I would recommend her to anyone.
Michelle and her team did an amazing job on my wedding for having such short notice to plan. She was very helpful getting my taste to show through with my decor. On the day of the wedding she helped me to stay relaxed and took care of everything. I could not of asked for a better beautiful and wonderful day.
My wedding was on May 6th , 2017 and I had to write a review 3 days later because Kari is so amazing!! I found Kari (my I-Do) on thumbtack and basically told her that “we would like to get married in 7 weeks and we have no venue or really any idea on what we want!” She was up for it! The hardest part was that I was not living in Washington until the week of our wedding so we did everything via phone and email. Her communication from the very beginning was so impressive and she had so much experience and was so organized that it was impossible to not trust her completely. She did visit two venues with us (I made it up to WA for the venue views) and she asked all of the questions and took notes and did her thing. We ended up picking Willows Lodge for our venue and had an outdoor ceremony for 40 people. Kari literally did all of the planning for us. I gave her a few pictures of what I liked for flowers, bouquets, overall look and of course, she put together exactly what I wanted and did all of my centerpieces, decorating, everything! Our wedding was absolutely stunning because of Kari. She helped us find the photographer, the officiate, flowers, rental company for centerpieces (which she did all on her own), our quartet, and planned our rehearsal dinner. I just couldn’t have planned a wedding while trying to move out of state and working full time and Kari made my dream wedding happen without making me stress and worry. I was the calmest bride on my wedding day because I knew that Kari would make it perfect…and she did. Thank you Kari for being an amazing wedding planner but also a good person. You are kind, real, generous, and extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed every minute working with you. Thank you for not only planning our wedding but being a part of it. Cassie
Mary's decorations for our 200-person Thanksgiving dinner were spectacular. Our design meeting was engaging and interactive yet still to the point, Mary was very responsive to my calls and emails throughout, and the event itself was beautiful. In fact, several of our guests said as much without my having asked. I'll definitely keep Mardee's in mind for future events!
I have used Party with a K for several events. Karen is terrific to work with and does a GREAT job. Guests are always SO impressed by the themed decor and candy selection!

The Yelp Elite party was a HUGE success! The decor was amazing and very appropriate for the time of year. Duos catering and location were two excellent choices on Innovative Events' part. I think my favorite aspect though, was how well they catered to their audience. Between ages 21 and 45 is a massive gap as far as tastes and preferences go, and between the food, booze, and games they nailed it!
Being in a stressful pinch the night before my wedding, I had Andrea come to my venue to help me figure my decorations and the placement of my tables so that my live band would have an efficient amount of space to preform. I can honestly say that she turned a mess into a masterpiece! Andrea was able to turn crowded into comfortable and overwhelming decorations into a wedding wonderland. She not only interacted with me but also my friends and family with such kindness and professionalism. I am beyond grateful to have had this woman on my team of when I needed it the most!
Working with Martina at Design Stage has been a dream come true. When my husband and I decided to renovate and redecorate our 60's style home I was dreading the process in that we knew what we liked and didn't like, but we were not confident in our own decisions to execute a plan that we both could actually live with and love. Enter Martina Clymer and Design Stage. I saw an ad in Seattle Magazine and was intrigued by the process of design coaching using "retail" instead of "trade only" furniture and accessories. This concept allows homeowners to work at their own pace and make purchases as they are able once the design plan is complete. From the moment Martina walked into our "Brady Bunch" era home I knew I had found just the person to assist us in our design choices. Martina was more than happy to work with us utilizing some of my favorite stores while also introducing us to new and unfamiliar online sites and shops. It was a collaborative process with lively conversations. Martina is a great listener, she has an eye for color and always presents a design which has an element of surprise. She worked hard to integrate pieces from our home into the new plan in order to keep costs reasonable and artfully mixed high end design pieces with less expensive ones. Martina always presented at least two design options for each room complete with color drawings so that I was able to "visualize" the rooms. Also included with each plan was a list of furniture, accessories, paint, etc. to complete the look. Over the past six years we have redone our entire home, always turning to Martina for design advice. I can honestly say it was fun, exciting, and stress-free.
Catherine was helpful, not pushy at all, very patient with us and she has amazing taste in decorating. She knows her stuff. We were extremely pleased with the time she spent with us and her suggestions on our bathroom remodel were fabulous!
Red Rock Fever Designs was first hired by us to help remodel our master bathroom. We interviewed 3 designers and Katy was the one who understood immediately what I wanted when I showed the photograph that was the inspiration. She did such a great job that we hired her to remodel our other bathroom and she is helping me decorate our guest room and study. All have turned out great! We will be working with her to continue our remodel of the kitchen and other rooms in the coming year. Highly recommend Red Rock Fever Designs.
I cannot say enough about how great my experience was with Cherelle and her husband Igor. I had the lovely opportunity to work with Cherelle after finding her on Craigslist. With a very tight budget for our wedding I did not think I could afford a wedding decorator but decided to reach out to her and at least ask. She said she could work with any budget and definitely worked with mine. Throughout the whole process from start to finish Cherelle has been amazing! I am a very picky and indecisive person and Cherelle helped me find my vision for our wedding. She texted me very often her ideas and sent pictures of DIYs she did for our wedding. She even stopped by my house 3 days before the wedding to pick up extra flowers I had picked from my parents garden to use for the wedding since I could not exceed my budget for more floral and wanted bigger centerpieces. She never once made me feel bad about being on such a limited budget and instead helped brainstrom ideas to find alternative options to create my vision of the wedding. I loved how she responded very quickly to all my emails and text and really helped take a lot of weight off my shoulders. As a bride, I had so much on my plate, it was nice to have someone that was my go to person for the decorating. I received a great amount of compliments on our decor and am so blessed to have worked with such a passionate person who truly went above and beyond! Not only was Cherelle professional throughout the entire process, she is such a genuine person and made me feel like I was planning my wedding with a friend and just bouncing ideas off each other. She made the experience fun and it was so exciting to see the finished piece of art on our wedding day. Without using her services, I know my wedding would not have been as beautiful or even close to it. I highly, HIGHLY recommend her services. Hannah was the day-of-coordinator for my wedding in Sept, 2015. She was professional, friendly to all (guests, family, and vendors), and always calm. I had a large wedding, with a huge wedding party, and there a few decorating mishaps along the way. But Hannah dealt with everything with wit, poise, and firmness.
