FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm fair with my pricing, I always explain to the costumer precisely how much preparation work the project requires, how long it will take and what kind of materials I'm going to use
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first thing I do is to take a good look at the property, I ask the costumer what he wants, I inspect for any damage on the wood siding for exteriors to see if I need a carpenter, I assess how much preparation work the property needs, in interiors I look at what condition the walls are in, any water stains on ceilings, do I need to paint an entire room with oil base primer if it was a smoker's room, details like that in general, I let the costumer know what i need to do and what materials I'll use, I also let the costumer choose whichever major brand of paint he would like to use since I have accounts with the 3 major brands, sherwin-williams, Miller paint and Benjamin Moore.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for an old painter for at least 10 years, I've worked for several contractors and I also was part of the painters union
