- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing is based on time. We work hard to develop internal standards giving our technicians the time needed to solve your problem. We never use high pressure sales tactics or insist on un-needed service. Our pricing is based on the problem, treatment needed, and the square footage of your home. We assign a time to assess the problem and complete the treatment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take an integrated approach to pest control using years of training and expertise to address your specific issue. Ultimately our staff will take your call and work with you to identify the problem. We will then offer pricing based on the square footage of your home and the problem itself. After that we hand the information to a trained tech to come out and solve the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are licensed with the Washington State Department of Agriculture. Our business is certified Quality Pro and Green Pro, with the National Pest Management Association.
