Skip is amazing! He knows what he's doing. I completed 15 sessions with him over the course of 5 weeks. I lost over ten pounds and gained muscle and strength. Skip is very knowledgeable of how the body works and what would work best to achieve the goal. Mine was to lean out a little and gain muscle. We met, my husband and I, with Mr. Page to review his philosophy and training plan. My husband has type II diabetes and needs encouragement with his diet as well as weight loss/exercise. He has just started his program, but mentions almost daily how much better he is feeling. The CGroup Virtual Fitness website is first-rate. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing really is not very complicated. Online Training pricing is $99/mo which includes video's of exercise prescription one web or phone conversation for 30 minutes/wk. Packages can be discussed for more web viewing and conversation. Training in the physical studio @ $75/session plus the online maintenance which includes webcam, and 2, 30 minute phone conversation per week. Packages are more than 2 physical workouts/week for more than 7 in a month, up to 3 30 minute phone or webcam conversations per week, with a free maintenance fee for the entire month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Well I outside of my current certifications, I'm studying for a Masters in Exercise Sports Science and Health Promotion.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've always been an athlete and it is a lifestyle practice to stay in condition, so it's a natural for me to teach and coach others through an activity that I have great love for. This line of work has become a code of ethic that I live by, that is, to grow with wisdom and be strong in every way..
