About this pro

How does your business stand out?

My service is Three tiered in that I have a maintenance service which is strictly virtual, that all tiers share. A per hour service that allows for studio time for what the frequency that the exercise prescription calls for. The third tier offers discounted packages for more concentrated coaching. I also give additional support via webcam, email, and phone.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

I don't just like my job, I love it, it's the reason I'm seeking professional status with a professional degree. On top of the academics, this job is a lifestyle measure. The books do increase knowledge and awareness, but it is a practiced lifestyle.

Skip is amazing! He knows what he's doing. I completed 15 sessions with him over the course of 5 weeks. I lost over ten pounds and gained muscle and strength. Skip is very knowledgeable of how the body works and what would work best to achieve the goal. Mine was to lean out a little and gain muscle. Even though I wasn't with him for very long, I have the building blocks from our workouts to keep going.

We met, my husband and I, with Mr. Page to review his philosophy and training plan. My husband has type II diabetes and needs encouragement with his diet as well as weight loss/exercise. He has just started his program, but mentions almost daily how much better he is feeling. The CGroup Virtual Fitness website is first-rate. The personal trainer fee are value-based and affordable especially if becoming more fit and healthy is you primary goal. M. Vollert

Seabron was my first-ever trainer. I was very intimidated by the gym environment. Skip listened to my goals, and built a program that produced rapid results. Best of all, he familiarized me with the environment and helped me feel comfortable in it. His quiet authority makes it easy to listen to him.

Seabron is an expert in this field. He has been instrumental in helping me put together a functional fitness regiment and I would recommend him in the highest form. Don't waste your time going to gym trainers who see a million people a day. See Seabron for personalized service. MH

I met Seabron Skip Page one year ago upon moving back to Seattle. I needed to lose weight and on top of that I was having problems with one of my knees. Seabron was cordial when I met him in explaining the way in which I could manage lifestyle change which was very well needed. Since meeting Seabron and working with him I've lost 32 lbs., and it isn't just the weight-loss that is the great thing, but with the encouragement that I've received I really enjoyed the transformation in thought, just from being in his weekly consultations. What a great service that he offered to me. I truly look forward to seeing the new me, in about a year.

I had the pleasure of seeking the services of Seabron Page. I was woefully out of shape, had no energy, and needed information about nutrition and overall health habits. I was very disheartened and embarrassed because I was barely able to do any of the workouts in the beginning. Seabron was patient, and very encouraging. After just a couple of weeks, I could see and feel the difference. I had worked with other trainers, but I learned about my body---why certain things work, what routine was best for MY individual needs, etc. This was a refreshing change from the one-size-fits-all approach that I had experienced from other so-called trainers. Seabron has worked hard to study and to learn his craft. I was impressed by his commitment to the health and well-being of his clients. I worked with him for several months until he relocated. I can't imagine anything that could have made my experience better as I have never encountered a better or more knowledgeable personal trainer.

In July of 1997 I went to the fitness club where I lived to work out and to find a personal trainer. As I walked around the club, I saw the in-house personal trainer working with a young lady, long story short, he was too arrogant for his own good. As I continued, I saw another personal trainer; I watched for a while, I liked how he took his time working with the young lady. He did not talk down to her, he was very knowledgeable and had a charismatic personality and was serious in his work. Seabron “Skip” Page introduced himself and I made an appointment. At our sessions, Skip explained everything about the machines, what I needed to do, what his rates were. All was great! I lost pounds, inches and toned up my body and have continued to use his services via on-line to this day – I am 61 years young and fabulous.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I outside of my current certifications, I'm studying for a Masters in Exercise Sports Science and Health Promotion.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been an athlete and it is a lifestyle practice to stay in condition, so it's a natural for me to teach and coach others through an activity that I have great love for. This line of work has become a code of ethic that I live by, that is, to grow with wisdom and be strong in every way..
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that I'm the right type of coach for you, because I will make the determination via your query during our initial consult, if you are serious enough for your program success.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The profession is growing, and because of the practice of the discipline I'm growing with it. Wisdom is the real spice of life, and when you practice a lifestyle like this, you grow with the wisdom of it, just like a martial artist. I'm very proud to say that the profession is a way of life!
