Let me tell you about my experience with Marinello Fitness. I contacted Daniel approximately 6 months before I was due to go to Navy Boot Camp. I was 30 years old and at 195lbs, I was overweight. I hadn't really worked out very much in my life, and so I wasn't used to doing so and as such I was very unfit. I couldn't even do five push ups and I certainly couldn't run down to the end of the a football field without being out of breath about half way there. To be able to be boot camp ready I had to lose some pounds, be able to do more push ups and sit ups as well as run 1.5 miles. I had to be able to compete with 18 years old who were fresh out of high school. It was a very intimidating prospect for my future and it left me very anxious. After contacting Daniel, he promptly got back in touch with me and after first assessing my current level of fitness, he came up with a great work out plan to help me reach my goals and that met my budget restraints. The plan was for five days a week of personal training and was not overly difficult, and he was careful to help me make sure that I didn't injure myself. He also gave exceptional advice on diet and nutrition that was healthy, and would still enable me to have delicious food. Throughout the entire process Daniel was never judgmental and was very patient, pleasant, encouraging, and always cared about my long term success, he is an amazing motivator. By the end of my time time working with Daniel I ended up being able to reach all of my goals, losing more than 20lbs, and not only meeting, but exceeding the requirements to pass Navy Boot Camp. I was able to do more sit-ups than any of the 18 year-olds that were there! If you ever have the privilege to work with Daniel, I suggest you take it. He will help you reach all of your goals in a way better than anyone else can. I also know for a fact that Daniel is always getting big dollar offers from oil rich Sheikhs in the Middle East to help them with their fitness and their golf game, so make use of him while you still have him.

Daniel is an excellent trainer. He's very encouraging and makes you work your hardest. He is also very knowledgable with his workouts and I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Daniel is an amazing personal trainer. He works with you to create a diet that suits your athletic goals and pairs it with a work out to do the same. He always stays up to date with the latest health information in order to always have the best possible results from your work out. If you are working with weights he puts most emphasis on form so you do not get injured. All in all I have had a more than excellent experience working with Daniel and continue to do so each time I work with him.

I trained with the supervision of Daniel Marinello for upwards of 2 months. The time spent with Dan in the gym was nothing short of a life change for me, where he pushed and coached me mentally and physically to better myself. He always had professional and scientific advice on which exercises to do and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. Of all the great things to say about Dan, his attention to detail, work ethic, and encyclopedic knowledge of the body stood out as his best qualities as my trainer. A trainer, a coach, and a friend - Dan is without a doubt the best physical trainer I have had in my life.

Daniel really taught me the importance of good form in all my exercises and helped me build a great workout plan that I took with me off to college. He really knows what he's talking about, and I feel a lot more confident in the gym now.
