Ivan Salaverry Mixed Martial Arts

Introduction: I have been training and competing in mixed martial arts for the last 6 years at Ivan Salaverry's who is himself a legend in the sport of MMA. I put in countless hours of training with a fight team that has amassed an 80% success rate in the competitive arena which proves that are training is highly effective and sound. In addition to martial arts instruction I also have my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and will be pursuing my BS in exercise science in January. Where do I start. I love to see peoples reaction when they first feel and hear that pop of a perfect punch on a focus mitt. Its comparable to firing a gun, but safer. It creates an empowering feeling and I like to see people feel that. On the personal training side, I enjoy the science and research it takes to really create a program that will help people get to their goals. I just love learning and passing on knowledge to people.
