- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will begin with a 20 min. consult. During the consult we will go over any injuries, any health concerns, and discuss the goals you will be working towards. After the consult, we will go over a squat assessment, core stability assessment, lower body assessment, and upper body strength test. From there we will talk and discover the 7 main muscle categories of the body that we will be using to get to you goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My certifications are through the National Academy of Sports and Medicine as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. I have been working with fitness all of my life starting with a pair of tap and jazz shoes, to basketball pumps, and today with minimals and hiking boots. I have a passion for mobility and strength to increase the overall production of the body. I travel to and attend workshops and seminars quarterly related to health and fitness.
