I love Holly! Although sometimes I hate her. She is constantly pushing me to work at meeting my personal fitness goals. Holly never yells like a drill instructor, she uses positive feedback to motivate me to do one more rep or hold the stretch just a little longer. After 10 weeks I am feeling healthier and in better physical condition than I have in years.

Holly has been my personal trainer for the last 6 months. Working with her has been great. I look forward to my sessions and I can see the progress in how strong I feel and how my clothes fit. Holly is always positive and professional - she watches and corrects my form and motivates me by keeping track of my progress. I really look forward to my sessions with her.
