- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Typically is the menu price per person and then they add on what services they want additionally .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Talking with the client and getting a good sense of what there looking for and then at that point I make them menus and from there we decide what all options they want to have included . Then we meet and do a tasting and wrap everything up .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an associates degree in culinary arts and I take wine course every year in the summer and I read on the latest trends continuously.
