I waited for over weeks for a quote. They kept promising me that a quote was coming for my Garage into an apartment remodel. The quote never came. I wont be using these guys ever!Sep 17, 2017VerifiedPro.com's reply
Hello Nasir, I apologize deeply for the delay in producing your bid. After reviewing all of our records, I see that it was stuck in queue for an acceptable amount of time, that said, I completely understand your sentiments. I emailed you directly (with my personal contact) if you'd like to discuss further.
Overall, I am satisfied with their work. I like the simplicity of the overall process, responsiveness of customer service, ok quality. Also, the pros who came are all Nice and Professional except one who really lost temper just because we changed our mind on the floor type we want. He eventually left and never came back. It didn't bother us much as the other were understanding and accommodating our requests as much as they can!Dec 8, 2017Verified
Switch and Outlet Installation
Changing from old electric range to new gas range & needed 110 vs the current 220 outlet. Electrician was on time; friendly and efficient. He did have to leave to go get a part, but it didn't cause the job to go over the 2 hour minimum pricing. I would have preferred he replace the old wires, as I'd been told by someone that leaving old 220 wired and adding 110 outlet can cause issues; however, he assured me it wouldn't be a problem. So far, so good! (it's only been a few days since range was installed)Mar 3, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Transparency is the foundation of everything we do. We deliver detailed electronic quotes with an itemized list of all materials and labor costs. That means no surprises — you'll know exactly what you're paying for. We also make sure to review the quote with you, so you can ask questions, get clarification, or request changes to the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Our team is here for you. Once we receive your initial request, we'll call to learn more about your goals: the scope of work, budget, and timeframe. If we're a good match, we'll schedule a time to visit your home and take a closer look, gathering measurements and taking photos to create a detailed estimate. When the estimate is ready, we'll review it with you (either in-person or over the phone) and make any changes or modifications as necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?On average, our project managers have about a decade of construction industry experience. Many started in a trade, working their way up to managing crews, job sites, and entire projects. We are licensed as a general contractor in Washington. All of our local subcontractor partners are also licensed, bonded, and insured.
