I broke my favorite necklace and thought it was a goner. Abby took one look at it and said it was a simple fix. She fixed it along with three other necklaces. You can't even tell they ever broke. This lady is super talented but also very sweet and sincere. What else could you ask!! She's your girl to go to when you need that favorite piece of broken jewelry fixed!!!!

I have a 6' pearl necklace that was my mothers' that had broken. Abby did a beautiful job restringing it - knotting between each pearl. She took the time to find the correct weight of string and making sure that the knots were perfect. She's very creative and I'd go to her again.

Hired her to wrap presents. Very solid wrapping talent, creative, brought own gift wrapping and added little toys and flourish. Would have been 5 stars but a few of the presents were mislabeled. I still highly recommend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Obtain as much information as I can in order to make their item or event spectacular.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mom started making beaded earrings based on a purchase she made while we were travelling. I knew then, I could create anything I put my mind to. I enjoy figuring out how to make it work. Plus, we purchased a fixer-upper house and I like having some spending money while we are pinching pennies.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly, I get request to fix jewelry. I cannot believe the pricing from jewelry stores, but they do have a lease or mortgage. I enjoy helping with weddings or wedding receptions, as well. I am always looking out for ways to be helpful without brining attention to myself or the situation.
