I requested a move out clean with Isis. After having had multiple move out cleans done in past, I had come to know what's expected of move out cleans. When speaking to Isis I distinctly mentioned the appliances were to get cleaned. I was not available to stay at the house when Isis showed up so I paid in advance and she said she would call me when she was done. Thinking that a 3 br, 3.5 ba would take day for her 2 person cleaning crew, I received a call saying the house was done. Upon returning back to the house, it was noticably cleaner. That didn't last long. I looked at the walls and no one had bothered to sip the walls or vacuum baseboards, some even still had cob webs! I looked at the appliances, they hadn't been touched. The didn't clean any of the window sills and they skipped a bathroom altogether. Needless to say I wasn't pleased with the services I received. The parts that they did clean were clean and they did a good job, but don't offer a service if you don't know how to complete it properly.

Golden Touch Cleaning Service has a walk through inspection before and after the cleaning is done. This person paid for a basic move out clean that did not include walls or baseboards. Bathrooms are always included in pricing. If appliances are older models they will not come 100 percent clean because of how well/ badly maintained they are kept while being used in the home. If this person was there this could have been discussed.

Cleaners were very slow. It has become a greedy business for them, that w/o working they can get paid just kill time.
Examples:
1) First task was to start cleaning main bathrooms. Isis started cleaning hair Comb for 15 mins. Upon finding, she raised her voice on my wife.
2) They used pretty ordinary ugly scent, i had re-Mop whole floor again
3) Just cleaned two bathtubs in 2 hrs. Didn't clean bathroom sinks and Commodes.
4) dusted master Bathroom mats in master bedroom,, but did not vacuum it. I had to vacuum it by self
5) One person will vacuum and clean the floor, just to kill time, other person show offs by vacuuming the same floor. Just showing -off that they are working but fact is they are killing time.
Respect time of customers. we are looking for a good and responsible cleaners /maids who does their job with pace & neat, and not raise their voice against customers. Giving 2 stars , coz they were on-time and came when I needed. Will never hire them again

This cleaning was the most rushed job that my team has ever endured. Client and husband were checking over work that was not compete, also rushing and hovering while team was trying to clean.
1). I would never ever in my 10 years of cleaning raise my voice at a client if I have something to say I would politely state the problem or leave the clients home.
2). We use Natural Cleaning products so the smell is not a strong aroma
3). This particular client was rushing my team trying to get a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home clean in less than two hours. Client particularly asked for ONLY the bathroom floors and tubs to be cleaned in the bathrooms. When I tried to clean the sink she redirected me to clean the tub and floors. I did what was requested.
4) Did not request for mats in bathroom to be vacuumed.( wanted cleaning to be under 2 hours)
5) Person wanted dining room vacuumed as well as kitchen. one person vacuumed kitchen other vacuumed dining room. last minute asked for extra things to be done and was rushing my team the whole entire clean.
Asked Customer not to use Golden Touch Cleaning again because it seemed that they wanted a lot for a little bit of time and money. I recommended care.com if they wanted a individual to clean not a cleaning company. Customer said that he liked the clean and we did a good job
