I'm giving Viola 2 stars because 1. she was very friendly and seemed professional, and 2. her and her two workers did a great job on the cleaning. On the 2nd time she was scheduled, she called 40 min in advance to let me know one of the girls car would not start and they would not be able to make it. Ok, a little inconvenient but understandable. So I asked when she might be able to reschedule (i was nice about it, as i was not upset). Viola became very flustered and repeated 'i don't know' several times. Then either she hung up or we got disconnected. I called right back, it rang several times then went to vm. I called back again and it went straight to vm. I did not leave a message and she did not call me back (this was two wks ago, i was scheduled for once a week cleaning). I was disappointed that she dealt with me like that as she came across as very professional and as mentioned, the cleaning job was great. However, I was also slightly relieved that she blew me off because even though we were scheduled for regular cleanings, her two workers had stone cold looks on their faces and would not crack even a small smile, which was a little off-putting and slightly uncomfortable. They looked either mad or unhappy at best. But since they did such good job cleaning i overlooked it. Looking back though, in all honesty it wasn't the best sign.
