- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Veltex Services we strive to provide competitive pricing that is comparable to our competitors and inline to pricing for the location of the facility and/or home. Residential pricing is based upon the size of the home, specific number of bedrooms, bathrooms, half bathrooms, kitchen specifics and any requests that are above and beyond the extensive list of already included cleaning tasks. Residential discounts are offered for regularly scheduled cleanings. Commercial and/or janitorial pricing is based upon the requirements of the facility which are negotiated before any cleaning is performed. As professionals in the commercial and/or janitorial cleaning fields, we pride our company on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality of work. We feel confident we can ensure high customer satisfaction due to our ability to assist the client in the best cleaning solutions to meet their needs and at a competitive price! Note: We do strive to pay our employees competitively and this may be reflected in pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to build a partnership with each customer built on communication and integrity. After receiving a request for information, we strive to respond within a 4-hour window via an email or call. Once initial contact is made, we start the process of building a partnership with clear communication about the job our customer is requesting. We strive to collect as much information as needed to ensure a precise and accurate price or bid back to the customer. In some cases, the customer may be requested to provide pictures of their site to give us a better understanding of the space and their needs. Once we have collected sufficient information, we will create a price for the project. For commercial/janitorial jobs, we will provide a bid back to the customer. To ensure we provide the best possible price or bid, we will contact the customer with any questions or concerns throughout the process. Customers are always welcomed and encouraged to reach out to us for clarifications or to add more details. For residential home cleanings, we do offer a 24-hour window in which the customer can request us back to the property at no cost unless the work is above and beyond what has already been agreed upon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Actual experience in the field of janitorial services and building care and maintenance under his parents and grandparents along with professional training from Dawnchem Custodial College. All of this training, wisdom and professional knowledge is transferred to each employee through one-on-one training provided to all new hires to ensure every employee feels competent in their job, adheres to the same company standards and offers every customer the same level of cleaning proficiency.
