- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do a trial before the big day with lower cost. Before the trail I will ask for customers to send me their selfie and the makeup style they want(optional). And then, I'll give my suggestions and design something suitable for customers' facial features. After the trial, I'll give my girls extra 2 days to decide if they want to work with me.
