I missed the scheduled trial. The makeup trial was scheduled on May 13th, I called the following morning on May 14th and sincerely apologized to Hayley and offered to schedule another makeup trial. This has never happen to me in the past, i learned a BIG lesson, and i will do my best NOT to let this happen again. I have improved how I operate my scheduling by setting alarm on any makeup gigs and my customer will get confirmation (via text msg, email or thumbtack msg) a day or two before the scheduled time.
