Introduction: Tracy is a highly trained, Seattle based Makeup Artist. Her love for art and makeup and hair started at a very early age, and in 2000 her passion blossomed into a career. She took her talent of drawing and painting and brought her artwork to life through makeup artistry. From there, she went on to work for the coveted makeup artistry brand, MAC Cosmetics. Tracy spent over 3 years refining her skills and broadening her makeup experiences through MAC. Tracy was a delight in all the chaos of wedding planning & the wedding day itself. Being fairly particular about my own hair/makeup because of unique features, I was really wary when looking for a hair/makeup artist for my wedding day & though I was skeptical for awhile, Tracy was always very prompt in responding to my concerns/thoughts whether it was through email or texts. We had a scheduling issue initially for my bridal trial for hair/makeup, but she was able to communicate with me that everything would work out on the wedding day (seeing as I am an out-of-town bride) as I went flying out the door to make another wedding appointment that weekend; I felt 100x better after meeting in person & really going over what I wanted versus what also would be necessary to come out in photos. I am pretty sure Tracy & I have an email thread 100 emails long with me asking about various products, styles, & consultation just because the world of hair extensions & the like were so foreign to me (thank you sooo much for the recommendation!). Tracy will tell you how it is & help you achieve what you are looking for the best way she can & also understands the nature of a budget! She was SO helpful in this, on top of everything else. On the wedding day itself, Tracy brought an extra artist than what we agreed to, which was very helpful in terms of timing & really appreciated. We all had a blast getting ready with Tracy & her team & my bridesmaids adored her; she was very forthcoming about trying new styles out & how we could achieve looks by going through photos & playing around when necessary--it was very appreciated. All my bridesmaids & myself loved our hair & makeup (with suggestions given when we were unsure or hesitant about boldness, but reassured about our decisions especially based on photography); they were of all various styles, yet, all complemented each other as one cohesive group. I've never felt so beautiful after a hair/makeup session & am so satisfied with my entire experience with Tracy & her team; it really felt like a bunch of girlfriends getting ready for a special day, Tracy & her team included :) Thank you so much for trumping my fears of hiring hair/makeup artists, especially on a day that really counted! xx

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a quick chat where I like to get a feel of what you would like to accomplish with your look. It's really team work to understand what you'd like and how to get you there. I will send you out a few forms that will explain the entire process. This way there is no room for error. You will safe and secure in knowing that you can cross looking fabulous on your special day off of your to do list.:)
What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of Bridal work. Whether it's a natural day look or a dramatic night time wedding. I truly love being a part of such a special day.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I just finished a wedding and I did not get a chance to meet the beautiful bride ahead of time since she was out of town. There were a total of 9 women who needed a mixture of hair and makeup. Me and my assistant finished in less then 4 hrs right on schedule.
