FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
During my professional career, I have always been the visionary to better make the companies I worked for function better in order to increase probabilities. I had noticed for years, the higher hierarchy of management seemed to not take into consideration how their decisions affected the whole company. I believe that there were better ways of running businesses using different management and leadership styles that allowed employees to feel 'ownership' of what this did, which always creates better employees. I knew I could help bridge that gap from the way everyone does business to thinking about doing business in a sustainable and mindful way that benefits owners and employees alike.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you want to be successful, ask yourself these questions: * Will I want to be open to new ways of thinking & doing things? If you already know what and how you want to do things and not open to new suggestions, then you don't need me, you need a project manager. *Will I be able to work well collaboratively with this person in order to achieve my vision and goals? If you just want to tell the consultant how to do their job and not take their suggestions, then you don't need a consultant, you need an employee. * Are you wanting to design with me or do you have it already in your mindset what you want? Designing your vision is creating new ways of thinking while working with me. There are so many ways of doing things, and working together can extrapolate some really awesome ideas! Hiring someone to do the work you vision with no input is just an employee.
