- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
60 minute massage: $85 90 minute massage: $115 120 minute massage $145 Personal Yoga Training (60 minutes): $70 Prepay for 5 of any of the above services- 10% discount Prepay for 10 for a 15% discount Group Yoga Classes: unlimited $98/month, or 10 classes $118 (use within 6 months)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use a state of the art electronic intake system that new customers complete prior to their first visit at BR. This includes relevant areas of concern, allowing me to start to make a plan for treatment. Upon arrival some physical assessment will be used such as postural analysis, myofascial length testing and movement assessment to further develop the treatment plan which will be discussed and agreed upon with the new client.
