My name is Tasha and I lead guided and sound meditations through my brand, 'wellnessthroughlove'. I am currently a certified yoga, meditation and breath work facilitor. Through my corporate experience in management, I grew to understand the pressures of how various areas of our everyday life can lead to anxiety and high-stress levels if we don't practice mindfulness. Meditation has helped me tremendously in my life. From someone who has personally experienced a lack of acceptance and love in my childhood, along with differing forms of anxiety, meditation has been a powerful tool to help shed off layers that stepped in my way of embracing opportunities and cultivating a loving relationship with myself. With all of the stresses of recent events, and personal challenges, I had been looking for ways to deepen my inner strength, awareness, and peace. I had just started meditating and had not yet done any breathwork when I first attended one of Tasha’s sessions. Immediately upon starting, I received clear and calming attention, instruction, and intention. The next hour felt like such a gift of time, presence, and deepening for myself, which I found I had really needed. Tasha took us through a cycle of beginner’s breath work and guided meditation that took me to a slightly different state of consciousness and left me feeling very good and very refreshed. Since then I have attended as many additional sessions as I could and am always looking forward to the next. Highly recommended for all levels.

Tasha has such a gift of creating a soothing, restorative experience in guiding her participants through meditation and breathwork. Tasha provided my team and I a guided meditation as part of our team outing. The 30 minutes consisted of us listening to her take us through a mental cleanse by way of calming affirmations, gentle music, and deep breathing. Not only was she able to help ourselves reach an incredibly calming state, she allowed us to thoroughly unplug. I highly recommend Tasha for any guided meditation practice! She brings a deep sense of empathy and compassion thats felt during the session.

    I believe that meditation and mindfulness services should be easily accessible to anyone to help them feel grounded and in control of their life. Due to the pandemic and unfortunate times this year, I am offering discounts if you are experiencing financial hardship.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When taking on new clients, I schedule a complimentary 30 minute session to get to know one another and provide a safe space to have the client share their current struggles, growth path and emotional healing. I curate all of my meditation sessions to tailor the needs of the client so its personalized just for them.
